Our online store is intended for sample purchases only. Depending on availability, samples may be supplied as either a brick tile or a full brick. For commercial quantities or project orders, please contact us directly, as bricks require specialised freight and delivery arrangements.

Brick samples may be sent as either a full sized brick or as cut brick tile depending on availability.
All shipments are sent with “Authority to Leave” authorisation. This means you agree to allow the courier or delivery company to leave a parcel at the delivery address without obtaining a signature.
By providing Authority to Leave (ATL), the customer authorises the carrier to deliver and leave the goods at the nominated delivery address without obtaining a signature or confirmation that a person is present to receive them.
Where ATL has been provided, the customer accepts responsibility for the goods once they have been delivered and left at the nominated location in accordance with the delivery instructions.
The customer acknowledges that goods left unattended may be exposed to theft, loss, weather, accidental damage or interference by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, we and the carrier accept no responsibility for loss or damage occurring after the goods have been delivered in accordance with the customer’s ATL instructions.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the nominated delivery location is safe, accessible and suitable for leaving the goods.
Authority to Leave does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery of bricks and/or brick tiles is done by a third party provider and you are bound by the providers terms and conditions, the main impact of this is on safety & accessibility.
- Bricks and brick tiles can only be delivered to locations in which it is considered safe to do so and a location that is accessible.
- Determination of the safety and accessibility aspects of delivery is not up to us, it’s not up you, it’s at the sole discretion of the transport provider.
- If the transport provider deems the location for delivery to be unsafe or not accessible, freight will need to be collected from a depot nominated by the transport provider by the customer, this will normally be the closest depot to your delivery address.
Our web store is designed for the ordering of brick and/or brick tile samples. For this reason you are limited to a maximum weight limit of 15kg. If you wish to order greater quantities for the build you intend to do, please contact us directly so we can discuss delivery options with you.
